[Introduction]

The Vigor2800 family is compliance of ADSL (T1.413 issue 2, ITU G.922.1 (G.dmt), ITU G992.2
(G.lite)), ADSL2 (ITU G.992.3 (G.dmt.bis), ITU G.992.4 (G.lit.bis)), and ADSL2+ (ITU G.992.5).
The maximum bandwidth is up to 24Mbps for downstream and 1Mbps for upstream.

The rich VPN and firewall features protect the against versatile internet malicious attacks.
The Vigor2800 series provides 32 VPN tunnels with AES, MPPE and hardware based DES/3DES
encryption.  The IKE authentication is more flexible for choosing digital signature (X.509)
or pre-shared key. The firewall contains the SPI, IP/MAC address filtering, IM/P2P blocking,
DoS/DDoS protection and Web/URL contect filtering.

The Vigor2800G includes 802.11g compliant wireless module with SuperG technology, and the date
rate is up to 108Mbps.  It also supports WEP/WPA/WPA2 encryption, MAC address control, wireless
LAN isolation and 802.1x for this security issue.

Equipped with two FXS ports for telephone connectivity, the Vigor2800V/VG enables VoIP 
(Voice over IP) service thus greatly reduce the telephony expense. To provide a better 
voice quality, the Vigor2800V/VG enables versatile voice codec and sophistic traffic 
queuing to get a better QoS (Quality of Service) over voice.

[Improvements & Corrected Problems]  
  - Enforce DDNS update everyday
  - Improve the capibility of forcing down VPN tunnel by schedule
  - Improve the status shown in VPN connection managemnet
  - Improve that ACL don't work correctly for SuperG.
  - Improve that STA cannot smoothly get IP when connecting to Vigor router set in WPA mode for the 1st time.
  - Correct the syncronization of the saved settings in Basic and Advanced of QoS settings.
